Today Blogger has added a new feature to "Change Blog's Favicon via it's Design Panel "
First of All Download or Create an Icon in ".ico" Format,[Google It, there are Endless Number of Website that are providing feature to Convert .png,.jpg,.gif to .ico]
Now Go to "Design" Tab of your Blogger's Blog Dashboard,
Here you'll see a new Column Namely "Favicon",
Click on "Edit"
A popup box will open and upload your Icon,
Don't Forget to Click on "Save" button, that's it
