Install Gnome 3 on Ubuntu 11.10

Although the Ubuntu 11.10 features Unity that is Less like a Smart Phone and More like a Useful GUI , I had noticed that many of the Ubuntu Fans generated a Hatred for Unity due to it's Poor Performance in Ubuntu 11.04 , and want to Try out/ Install the Gnome 3

The Unity in 11.10 and Gnome 3 both introduced such features that are Hard to Understand and take time to get Adjusted . this time Unity comes with lot's of Improvement and Easy to Operate , but the Transition Effects are Lower than the Gnome 3.
